Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine the effect of spacing and provision of rabbit manure on the growth and yield of gambas. This research is an experimental research conducted in the field using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) repeated 3 times. The results showed that spacing treatment had a very significant effect on plant height 7 DAP, 14 DAP, number of leaves 7 DAP, 14 DAP, 21 DAP and production (tons/ha). However, it had no significant effect on plant height 21 DAP, fruit length 30 DAP, 35 DAP, 50 DAP, number of fruit and production of plots. The best plant spacing treatment (tons/ha) was 60 x 60 cm (J1), which was 5,86 tons/ha. Treatment of rabbit droppings significantly affected fruit length 50 days after planting. However, it has a very significant effect on the number of fruits, production of plots and production (tons/ha). The best treatment for rabbit manure production (tons/ha) was 1,080 gr per plant (P2), which was 4,61 tons/ha. And the lowest is without treatment (P0) which is 2,97 tons/ha. Combination of spacing and rabbit droppings. The best combination treatment of production (tons/ha) was (J1P2) with a spacin g of 60 x 60 cm (J1) and 1,080 gr cropping (J2), which was 7,36 tons/ha. The interaction of the two spacing treatments with a dose of rabbit manure fertilizer had no significant effect on all research parameters. The hypothesis was accepted, namely the tre atment of plant spacing and rabbit droppings had a significant effect on the growth and yield of gambas. Keywords: plant spacing, gambas plant.
