Abstract

This study aims to analyze income, calculated the level of profit, and the Break Even Point of egg-laying chicken farming in Sangatta Selatan Subdistrict for one maintenance period. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months from March to May 2020. The data analysis method used by descriptive quantitative by using direct interviews and seeing the development of laying hens in the Philipines Farm using case Study techniques. Sources of data collected by primary data and secondary. The total income earned for a period of 24 months was IDR 492.058.900,-.. profit rate in laying hens business was 1,25. Break Event Point egg production with total of 104.013 eggs. Break Event Point at the selling position of IDR 154.069.375,-. The results for the laying hens on the Philipines Farm on the intial position had break even point, then the business experienced a profit. Keywords: Laying breed chickens, Profit Rate, BEP
